Theopatra Cuvee Blend

California – "This complex cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Petite Sirah is delightful from first smell to the last sip. Rich cranberry, dried plum, and elegant spice create a beautiful potpourri on the nose. Bursts of soft baking spice give way to notes of blueberry jam and sweet vanilla that transcend to a long, juicy finish.

Pairing – A perfect glass on its own, this wine also pairs beautifully with warm, comforting cuisine. 

Decoy Merlot by Duckhorn

California –  Sibling of Duckhorn. A truly respected Merlot for less price than its sister Duckhorn.  It has aromas of plum, cedar, and notes of baking spices. Layers of fresh strawberries and raspberries saturate the palate. The finish is soft and smooth with well-integrated tannins providing very nice structure.

Pairing –  Great with lighter cheeses, pork loin and smoked chicken. 

Leviathan by Andi Erikson

California –  The 2021 blend is made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Syrah, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. This wine has flavors of ripe raspberries and fresh currants throughout. Being medium to full bodied with soft, polished tannins and bright clean fruit creates a really balanced and pleasant finish that makes you want  to drink it.

Pairing - Chocolate..... Or anything else.  This wine is just YUMMY.

Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon

This elegant and complex wine from the Paso Robles region of California, where the diverse terrain and microclimates produce a unique and expressive wines. The wine bears flavors of black currant, blackberry, cedar, and spice.

Pairing - Enjoy this wine with steak, lamb, or roasted vegetables.

House of Brown 

California – This ripe Chardonnay leads with flavors of pineapple and guava, followed by hints of jasmine, orange and lemon custard. On the palate, the wine is rich but still crisp and elegant.

Pairing – Goes well with crab cakes, fresh seafood, creamy pasta dishes, and grilled corn slathered in butter.  Drink all by itself too! 

Maison Noir "Love Drunk" Rose'

Willamette Valley, Oregon- An intoxicating rose made from Pinot Noir. Much like new love, it clouds the brain, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise, and lips to pucker. Provocative aromas of strawberry and raspberry, followed by refreshing flavors of wild strawberry, watermelon rind, and a hint of kiwi.

Pairing – A perfect match with vegetarian tarts, salty bacon and ham.


Domaine Laurent Dufouleur

France - This 90pt well-made Aligoté that shows a chalky edge to the lime, white-almond and green-apple aromas. Fresh, high acidity threaded into an elegant and tangy palate with medium body and a composed finish.

Pairing - Strong cheese, citrus salads and charcuterie.

Delamonte

Champagne, France - Sibling of Salon is foremost a mineral wine, Delamotte Blanc de Blancs NV has textbook chalkiness; with time in the glass showing its complexity from the lees and white flesh fruit.

Pairing - Drink with shellfish, fried chicken, salmon or all by itself.
